Peter Best Track Day Insurance

As you know, many insurance companies will not cover you whilst taking your car on a trackday. We've been talking to some of them about creating a scheme for MGs on Track.

We're pleased to report that Peter Best Insurance can now offer customers with an Abingdon Policy an extension of their insurance policy to cover track days. The cover is for accidental damage to the insured vehicle only and does not include any personal or third party liability cover. The scheme works by providing cover for three track days for an additional premium of Ł100 + 5% tax + Ł15 admin fee - a total of Ł120. In addition, an age-related policy excess will apply. The excess will be

* Ł2500 if aged 25-29

* Ł2000 if aged 30-34

* Ł1500 if aged 35-39

* Ł1000 if aged 40-59

* Ł1500 if aged 60+

As you book each track day simply advise Peter Best of the date and they will endorse your Abingdon Policy appropriately. You can buy cover for further blocks of three events once you have used up your existing block of three.
